Though I would never use it, she has been able to contact a lot of people from her past. I have been on the internet for too long. I have chatted with mIRC and used IM a lot. But when I started working full time in front of computers, I decided to switch them all off, because I couldn't just open my computer without starting discussions with 10 different people. Recently, 7 years later, I reinstalled them only to talk to buddies back home. One thing that my wife did to reconnect with old friends is to use facebook.
