And Dunkin' Donuts is pretty good, not amazing in my opinion (though I can see why you'd be happy to find one in Taiwan), but nothing beats a small-town freshly made greasy donut--nothing at all. Amazingly, even though I've failed for the most part with my dieting, I've been getting steadily leaner since moving back into the city last fall. Amazingly, even though I’ve failed for the most part with my dieting, I’ve been getting steadily leaner since moving back into the city last fall. The only difference is I’m working out 2-3 times a week now.

I was eating Dunkin' Donuts in Jakarta, Indonesia over ten years ago. We'd swing by after church on Sundays and pick up a couple. Of course, I was on the cross-country running team at the time, so my 7% body fat was unaffected (Now it's a different story -- I'm trying to lose a couple pounds I picked up over Christmas) That ain’t nothin’.
