I haven't had any problems with food poisoning here, but I think it's because I suffered from it bi-monthly in China for three years! I've also suffered from the after effects of eating less than fresh pineapple. There's nothing worse than food poisoning, especially when you're away from home. I’ve been lucky. Ended up in a day at the hospital and a boatload of shots/blood being taken. Quite possibly the worst day I have spent in Taiwan.
