Here, I share my investment decisions as well as the rationale behind them. I am interested in long term investments based upon the underlying value of companies, NOT in speculation or day trading. There are two reasons I post this information publicly.
1) It is human nature for each of us to remember our successes and forget our follies. By publicly writing about my investments, it will be much harder to sweep my mistakes under the rug and forget about them. I will also be able to look back at the reasons for which I made any poor investments. I strongly believe that this will lead me to become a better investor.
2) No person knows every piece of information relevant to all the decisions he or she must make in any field. Through discussion and sharing knowledge, we can all become better investors.
