Well, I finally got my new debit card from Netbank. I really can’t say I’m a fan of their customer service though. Their online address updating tool doesn’t work with non-American addresses, and their customer service representatives screwed up when they entered my address by hand. They could have just cut and pasted from the email I sent them, but somehow they screwed it up. All in all, I was stuck with no debit card, and as a result, no Skype, no World of Warcraft, and no way to purchase my plane ticked for 6 weeks.
